UPCOMING EVENTS

• Questioning Christianity Series. Do you know someone who has questioned Christianity? Or perhaps you’ve questioned your faith? Join us at Hinsdale Fil-Am Church on July 18-22 for a teaching series to explore tough questions about Christianity. Meetings run Tuesday-Friday at 7:00 pm, and Sabbath at 11:15 am and 2:00 pm. Our speaker, pastor Nestor Soriano, is currently pursuing a doctoral degree and plans to share the culmination of his 2.5 years of work in this Questioning Christianity series.
• Youth Saturday Night Worship at Balmes’ House — 6:30pm! Join us for our last Saturday night worship of the Summer! Worship will be held at the Balmes’ residence. All ages are invited to join. Supper will be potluck style. For more information contact Pastor Rodney at rbalmes@ilcsda.org.

• Communion Sabbath — July 28th! Join us for communion Sabbath next Saturday, July 28th. Let us fellowship and remember the sacrificial love of Jesus Christ, who saved us.
• Youth Beach Day at Silver Beach — July 30th. Beach day is back on July 30! This was rescheduled from June 25th, so please note the new date is July 30th! Join us for a *hopefully* beautiful sunny day in St. Joseph, MI. For more information contact Pastor Rodney at rbalmes@ilcssda.org.

• Youth Week of Prayer: August 7 – August 12th. Join us for a special week of prayer led by our youth. Our theme is “CALLED” Living a life of meaning and purpose. Come and be blessed!

• Back to School Blessing on August 12th! Summer is almost ending! That means our students are going back to school again! Join us for a special dedication service for all those going back to school in August. More information to come!
