CHURCH ATTENDANCE ANNOUNCEMENTS

• Sermon Topic today: “Called to Change” from Galatians 1:11-24. Paul was a persecutor but God called Paul to reveal Jesus to him, and Paul was forever changed!
• Our worship service now starts at 11:15AM
• Masks are recommended but optional. Feel free to keep wearing them if you prefer.
• We are having in-person Sabbath School at 10am. All children, including High School youth classes, will be meeting at church only. We have ONE English class taught in the church from 10am – 11am; all other Sabbath School classes are available on Zoom from 10am – 11am. Church will follow starting 11:15am.
• There will be no potluck this Sabbath. However, Gintong Buklod is welcome to meet in the Fellowship hall after church.
• If you are ill or may have had close contact with someone who was sick, please stay home. If you went to church and felt sick after, please let Jason Goliath know so we can notify the church family.

GENERAL CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS

• Open Gym Tonight at HAA, starting 6:30pm! All youth and young adult invited! Pastor Rodney will open with a devotional thought, then it’s basketball and volleyball! Please reach out to Pastor Rodney Balmes for more information.
• Anniversary Sabbath on 04/09! Come celebrate 39 years at Hinsdale FilAm Church!!! A celebration potluck will follow the service.
• Memorial for Grace Carlos. We invite Grace’s friends and loved ones to join us celebrate her life at Pioneer Memorial Church in Berrien Springs on April 2, 2022 at 4pm. Grace was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. For more information, contact J Carlos at (614) 271 4539. “Neither death nor life shall separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
• Church Children’s Choir Practice today, 03/19 at 3:30pm. Any young person up to the age of 18 are welcome to join. For more information, please contact Erika Campos or Pastor Rodney Balmes.
• Pathway to Health — April 17 – 21, 2022. The event will be held in Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis IN. Please sign up online at pathwaytohealth.org and be sure to let Auntie Adeline Bautista know if you are planning on volunteering, so we can keep track of our church group in attendance.

IL CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENTS

• IL Conference Family Camp Meeting at Camp Akita — July 27 – 30, 2022. The theme will be “Following Jesus Faithfully”. Following Jesus faithfully means we obey the words of Jesus and accept his invitation when He says: “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19). Take advantage of this time to step away from the daily distractions and pressures; instead, enjoy community, outdoor activities, and worship. You can plan to stay for the entirety of the meeting or for a portion. If you choose to stay overnight, lodging is available through Akita Cabins, nearby hotels, or bringing your tent / RV.
• Adventure Fun Day 2022 on April 10th at Aurora SDA Church! Please join us for Adventure Fun Day where we will learn about DAVID: A shepherd boy turned King! We will explore how Jesus can use kids like you to do BIG and INCREDIBLE things! Come be a part of the Bible stories, crafts, the games, and so much more. • VBS Training on April 16th! Mark your calendars for Jasper Canyon VBS Training! This training is open for all local church VBS directors, Children’s Ministry directors and volunteers! • Global Youth Day on March 19th!. Global Youth Day is here!!! Starting today, Youth and Young Adults around the globe will be gathering in their communities to serve and love those who we sometimes forget. • Pathfinder Spring Camporee on April 29! Can you believe we have not had a Pathfinder Spring Camporee since 2018?! We are all back and better than ever, so make sure your club locks in their spot! Registration opens in Ultracamp on March 21st!
• Summer Camp 2022. It’s time to round up the family for Summer Camp 2022! Registration for Youth Camps and Family Camp is now open in Ultracamp. Don’t forget you can save $20 off each reservation if you register by April 24th. Let’s Summer together! #theGreatAdventure
